INITIAL CONSULTATION

We are all different and often need something tailored to give us more motivation to get the ball moving.

The initial consultation, is an in-depth 1 hour zoom or in-person meeting that encompasses the following:

  • Pre-consult questionnaire review

  • Medical history overview

  • Full-body health review 

  • Diet analysis 

  • Lifestyle review

  • Analysis of test results (if relevant)

  • Thorough case analysis

This consult also includes research time both pre and post consult and your skiiin guide, a nutrition plan that is individual, integrative and individual to you!

By the end of the session you will have clear guide to your next steps for the next 4-6 weeks.

Follow-up CONSULTATION

Most follow-up consults are between 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation and last for 30 minutes. They include the following:

  • Review and reflect upon initial plan

  • Discuss progress

  • Discuss problems or stumbling blocks 

  • Review and revise goals

  • Lifestyle review

  • Research and adjust plan

REGENERATE PACKAGE

The regenerate package is where we dive deep, 90 days deep to be exact.

This three month container, gives you the time and space to really get to know yourself and your body.

All regenerate packages consist of the initial consultation, monthly consultations, unlimited check-in Whatsapp messaging throughout and a the final ‘flight’ call to send you out off on your own.
